Am I able to purchase more clay or bring in my own?

Yes, you can purchase extra high quality clay with us. Any outside clay must be Cone 6 only.

Can I use my own glazes?

Yes, mid fire, cone 6 are great.

If I miss a session, can i make it up?

Absolutely ! We understand life is complicated and will arrange a make-up day for you. Though, there is a max of 3 make up days per cycle

Can you provide food for our events?

We love events! While we don't provide food, we highly support our neighbor. On the same block several local eateries can delivery your items instantly or feel free to bring your own !

What type of events can you host ?

We can host birthday parties, holiday parties, family fun nights, bridal parties, etc, etc !! Let's personalize it for you.

What ceramics do we paint on for the parties?

We have a variety of pre-molded white and red ceramics such as unique vases, serving trays, bowls, coffee mugs, etc. Add one of our multiple gorgeous glazes to enhance the piece. After firing in the kiln, your masterpiece is ready.

What do I need to bring to the studio ?

Good News ! New students get a starter kit which includes an array of sculpting tools ! We provide tools for more advanced hand sculpting. You may need to bring an apron of your choice.

Is my pottery food and dishwasher safe ?

Yes.

Can I take my pottery home the same day ?

As we use a complex process of drying, trimming, cleaning, bisquing, glazing and firing unfortunately, you will not be able to take home pottery on the same day.

Am I allowed to produce mass quantities of one item ?

We are a community pottery studio and do not permit mass production.

What if my pottery breaks during the process ?

We all hate when things break. We've been there. As there are many factors including drying, thickness, shaping, etc., in making each piece beautiful, some of those factors may lead to breakage. As a studio we do our best to make each piece perfect, though breakage is always a risk.
